Primetech CEO among PA's Top 200 Best Women in Business
Every year
PA Department of Community and Economic Development selects PA's Best 50 Women
in Business. This year out of more than 7000 nominations forms mailed out, "200
very accomplished and talented candidates" were narrowed for the final 50
selection. We are happy to note that our CEO, Arti Shah, was among the 200 very
accomplished and talented candidates.

Primetech Organized Free HIPAA Seminar in August 2002
HIPAA
affects all players in the health care industry. Primetech Systems, Inc.
organized a FREE seminar on HIPAA to increase awareness among providers on
inplications of HIPAA. The seminor was organized in August 2002 at Holiday Inn
Greentree, Pittsburgh. Presenters included Senior Management of Primetech and
our client.
The Pittsburgh Technology Councils' IT and HR Networks are holding a Knowledge
Management Series. Primetech Systems was happy to support the second session of
the series (on April 16, 2002) via a company presentation on "Corporate and
Management Buy-in for KM Projects."

Primetech
Systems Inc. undertook an Educational Presentation on Health Insurance
Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) to the members of Association of
Information Technology Professionals (AITP), Pittsburgh Chapter, on December
10, 2002. Presenters included Senior Management of Primetech Systems.

Primetech
employee, Kishorekumar Babaria, was featured in the
Connecticut Post for his selfless voluntary efforts towards IBM's
charitable contribution of 10 new PC's to the Charles D. Smith Foundation in
Bridgeport. His name was specially mentioned in a thank you letter from the IBM
CEO.
